Dedicated to the jubilee of Ruhnama
The anniversary of the publication of Ruhnama was celebrated in different parts of the world. The seminar Turkmen Civilization and Independence timed to the 6th anniversary of the publication of Saparmurat Niyazov's historical and philosophical work organised by the Embassy of Turkmenistan to Pakistan in Islamabad with an active assistance of the Pakistani Society of Asian Civilizations.
The well-known cultural workers and scientists, the heads of the diplomatic mission accredited to Pakistan, the members of the Magtumguly Society, the journalists and the representatives of the Turkmen diaspora residing in the Pakistani capital and the cities of Peshawar and Attok.
The reports presented at the seminar focused on the key principles of independent neutral Turkmenistan's home and foreign policies, the historical significance of Ruhnama in modern development of the Turkmen state in the epoch of new revival.
Those present addressed the wishes of good health, happiness, inexhaustible vigour and success in the important work to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov and peace, progress and wellbeing - to the fraternal people of Turkmenistan.
An exhibition of the pictures depicting the present day of modern Turkmenistan and the landmarks of its white-marble capital Ashgabat that symbolizes the Turkmen people's aspirations for future was arranged within the framework of the seminar.
